601 City Center

Hybrid working models are on the rise, and JLL, one of the largest commercial real estate companies in the world, wanted to market these workspaces to companies in the Bay area. We were tasked to create a suite of advertisement materials to promote hybrid work at 601 City Center in beautiful downtown Oakland. We created physical wall graphics and a brochure to communicate the possibilities available to tenants while they toured the rental spaces.

Each wall graphic was strategically placed along the tour to help future tenants see just how valuable physical workspaces are. We utilized statistics and building specs to show how worthwhile the modular 601 City Center could be for them. Additionally, these wall graphics were meant to communicate the bold and vibrant personality of downtown Oakland.
